Returns and Exchange Policy for Quality Pizza Ovens:

At Quality Pizza Ovens, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer solutions as described below:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@qualitypizzaovens.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address it was sent from.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in unused, unassembled condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Items that are not eligible for return include: used items, clearance items, warehouse deal items, custom-made, special-order and made-to-order products, items marked "non-returnable" in the item description, and items requested outside of the 30-day return period.
  • All shipping (to and from) costs will be deducted from the refund.
  • After Quality Pizza Ovens receives and inspects the return, your refund will be issued. The processing time for the refund will depend on the payment option used for the order.
  • Any items returned outside of this process or 30-day period are not eligible for a refund.
  • Any items returned on your own are not eligible for a refund.

Exchange:

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for a different item, you must return your item in its original packaging and pay for the to and from freight.

Refund:

  • Any refunds will be issued back to the original credit card used in the transaction if the product is returned in perfect condition.
  • If the return is due to a defective product or you received an incorrect item, we will first work with you to resolve the issue or get the item replaced, in which case we will pay the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to damage, you will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs. The initial cost of the initial shipping and the handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • All returned items must be unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging, including all hardware and instructional components. Items are also subject to a restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or are missing parts. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned, with no credit issued, at the customer's expense.

Cancellations & Refunds:  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Please inspect your oven before you sign the freight acceptance as our ovens are insured through our freight companies to the door, so if there is ever an issue, you're covered. If there is any damage, please save the damaged product, and the original box and packaging, and notify Quality Pizza Ovens within 24 hours of receipt of your shipment. We will send any parts required for documented freight damage. Failure to notify us of any documented damage or missing parts within the 24-hour time frame will be the customer's responsibility for any repairs and or replacement parts. Once you sign for your shipment, it becomes your property.
