We will immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm the availability of the item(s) and ensure that they are in stock and ready for immediate shipment. In the event that your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email and void the pre-authorization on your credit card. Rest assured, we will keep you informed every step of the way.
Order Shipment:
If your order is in stock and we have successfully processed the charges to your credit card, it will be shipped within five business days from the date of your order. We understand the importance of timely delivery, and we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment and know exactly when to expect delivery.

International Shipping:
