2.5” Thick Dome
The 2.5” dome is the thickest on the market and is built for optimal heat storage and efficiency. With a range from 200°–1000° F, the Santino can bake everything from fresh bread to pizza, done in just 60–90 seconds!
Hemispherical Design
The Tuscan-style, hemispherical dome of the Forno Santino makes it incredibly versatile. A taller dome allows you the opportunity to roast larger foods (whole chicken, turkey, pork shoulder, etc.) inside your wood fired oven.
2” Firebrick Floor
The oven floor is made from 2” firebrick, ideal for high-temp cooking. This extra-thick floor means you’ll have enough heat to cook dozens of pizzas back-to-back, without losing critical heat.

Shipping
Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at orders@qualitypizzaovens.com.
Freight Handling
At Quality Pizza Ovens, we understand the importance of shipping your products safely and efficiently. Depending on the weight and size of your order, we offer two different types of shipping: ground shipping and freight shipping. Our ground shipping services include USPS, UPS, DHL, and Fed-Ex to the continental United States. However, please note that we do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US territories.
For larger items, such as our larger ovens, we use economical less-than truckload (LTL) small freight shipping to ensure your order arrives safely. LTL deliveries are made using a truck with a liftgate for residential deliveries, which means the truck driver will lower the shipment to the ground in front of your residence at the curb only. Please note that this service does not include delivery to the front door, porch, garage, home interior, backyard, or construction site.
We highly recommend that you notify us in advance if you require a lift-gate delivery. The charge for lift-gate service from the Freight company is $75.00. Once your shipment has been processed, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check on the delivery status of your order. In most cases, the carrier will call you to schedule a delivery appointment or assign a delivery date.
Please be aware that it is your sole responsibility to be available or email to arrange a scheduled appointment to receive and sign for the package(s). If no one is available for a scheduled appointment or to accept the delivery, the driver can leave the shipment at the first accessible area outside of the home, such as the driveway or parking pad. If the scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled, any redelivery charges incurred will be billed to you (the customer).
